List numerical issue

I have tried to add list but whenever I add a list on the first item till 10th, after saving all items, the top 1 item goes to last.

The default list order is first one on top. If you want the newest one on top, you can go to list settings and change the default order:

The highest voted items will move up to the top and the ordering will continuously change as people vote on items. Curated.
