Cant Upgrade to Pro

Hi, trying to upgrade my account to pro, and when I click on upgrade it says I’ve successfully been charged but my account still asks me if I want to upgrade, also none of the pro features are available. Please help

Hi, I’ve corrected this twice, and it tells me the charge went through. I’ve checked and the charge does appear, and yet I still can’t make a pro list? what gives?
