How do I find Twitter Handles for download on List.ly?

I read on the web that I can download Twitter handles from other List.ly users if they are willing to share. Is there a quick way to find these lists for download?

@treasurer-1, you can look at user Twitter profile links on their profile page individually if they have added them to their profile, but you can’t download them as a list.
