Searching for companies

I thought if I added a tag, then I could search on it (another way to categorize). But that doesn’t work. What is point of tags?

Craig, when you tag items, you can filter list using the filter feature. Here’s a video of how it works:

Craig, the item tags should also work with item search in the item toolbar. Either filtering or searching should work with tagged items. Let us know if you have issues with it with any of your lists.
