Cannot post: Customer.io API returned an invalid response: 500

I tried to add a url to like always (linked to my website), but received this error each time:

Customer.io API returned an invalid response: 500

I started over and the same thing happened.

I searched the community files, found nothing similar. Has anyone else seen this error or have any ideas how to fix it?

Don, one of our downstream providers is having a major outage (http://status.customer.io/). It’s our bad - we should be handling it better if any of our service providers go down. We are bypassing them for now and things should be working as expected. Let me know if you still run into issues
