Cannot upload an Avatar photo

I’m using Firefox on a Windows PC

Whenever I try to upload an avatar photo it re-directs me to a page that says:

The change you wanted was rejected.
You may have tried something you don’t have access to.

I’ve tried everything from resizing the photo to changing format from .JPG to .PNG but the same thing occurs.
Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

When you upload the avatar photo, you don’t need to hit save on that page. Just upload the photo, zoom in/out and hit the save button next to the image. That should work!
