Error message when trying to change profile picture

We are getting an error message when we try to change the profile picture and header. We are hoping to revaamp our lists…and want to be able to make the change soon. Please advice on what to do for help?

Me too. All of a sudden, I can’t upload more than one image per day.

I also get an error when tying to change my pofile settings & upload a picture, 3 days in a row? What’s the best way forward to get beyond this?

Hi @sustaintheresults can you share which OS and Browser you are using? Please include versions of both OS and Browser so that we can test it out. Also post a screenshot of the error you are seeing here please. Thank you!

Also if you are unable to upload images to your profile or to your list, check your computer time and make sure it’s set correctly. Uploads are encrypted with time and won’t work if your computer clock is off. Best way to do that is to set it up to sync time automatically with a Internet Time Server.
