I am having a hard time uploading a headline image. I created an image using the correct measurements but when I try to upload it, the upload button turns grey and nothing happens.
Also, I took a screenshot to show you but I got an error saying new users can’t upload images here.
Can you share the browser (OS/version) you use and also the list you are trying to upload the headline image?
I’m using Chrome on a Macbook Pro using OS X Yosemite.

ok, I downloaded your Canva design as a png file and uploaded it to your list and it worked. I’m using Chrome on Mac Yosemite as well.
Can you try to upload again with the developer tools turned on in Chrome and give us a link to a screenshot of the console tab in the developer tools? There’s something specific going wrong on your browser and we’d like to see any warning or error message from the console tab.

I hope I did this right - please let me know if I missed something. Here is a screenshot of what happened after I clicked the upload button again. It went grey again.

The uploads are breaking because there is a “+” in the filename that you are trying to upload. If you save the canva design without the + in the filename it should work. We are looking at how to support the +.
Thank you so much! That worked. I created a header for one of my other lists and removed the + and it worked perfectly. I didn’t know about that Chrome developer tool so thanks for letting me know.
