I just started using listly to archive some tweets. Accts that I have blocked on Twitter have attached themselves to this list as “friends” and I do not want them. How do I manage Friends? Is there a way to block besides making the list private?

There’s no “friends” feature on Listly. Other users can favorite your public lists and get updates on changes to the list. They can also follow you and get updates on public lists that you make and update.
If you want to hide your list from others, you should make it private. You can still share your private list using a secret URL.
