Manage (and changing) Your Pro Subscription


You can manage your current Listly subscription from your “My Subscription” page.

Make sure you are in the “Subscription” tab. You can now update your subscription

  1. Cancel your subscription by turning auto renew off. Your subscription will end as of the next renewal date. You won’t incur any more charges

  2. Update quantity (for team) or term (annual/monthly)

  3. Update your payment card information

Whenever we charge your account (monthly or yearly), you would get an email receipt from us. Can you check your inbox or see if it landed in the spam folder?
