NO REPLIES From Support

I have made two requests for help from Support,
25 and 27 days ago with no response.

I also sent an email to Tim. NO RESPONSE received.

I am a paid member and it is very distressing to receive no support whatsoever.

What now?? Just cancel my membership and move on to another comparable
site?

Hopefully, constructive help is near.
