I think I might be experiencing the same issue, with a different appearance…
Even though I have disabled all of the footer actions, I get white bars at the bottom of my gallery entries. Is this the footer? Any solution yet?

Actually this is a different issue so we moved it to a separate topic. We will investigate this and respond soon.
