Hi,
If you are adding a video to any already published post

  1. Just click on"Add to List" right above where the first list starts and then in the new page that opens there is an option of video right at the top click on that.
    2)The next page, gives you an option of adding a link - add a url of the video there and you are done.
    Also, you may read this topic " how to add photo" explained here. It may help you to understand this better.
