Why is my account linked to another name?

My account is linked to another name that is not my Company’s name. How can I change it?
Every time I try to edit my profile it says there is a mistake and doesn’t allow me to do it.
is there a way in which I can change this mistake?

Other than that, where can I find the list I have created as they don’t seem to appear in my profile.
